Never give up! You CAN change, heal and release what you don’t want in your life. I am passionate about helping you access your inner strength. I listen, empower, process and motivate you to feel confident, and take control of your life. NOT just “talk therapy”.

I enjoy actively helping you work through, resolve, heal and conquer the difficulties in your life. Our therapy sessions will provide you with powerful hands-on tools for you to overcome your life challenges, and succeed. The therapy process will have you feel understood and supported. I have specialized training in mind-body strategies and use these with you for optimal therapeutic results. These include:

  • Hypnotherapy
  • EMDR (Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  • Meditation
  • Mindfulness
  • Anger management
  • Pain management
I can also identify specific problems by performing psychological testing and assessments to implement the best therapeutic intervention for you or your child. I administer personality, ADHD, gifted, and pre-surgical evaluations for pain management, and Emotional Support Animal certificates.
In my practice, I invite you to build a strong sense of self. I am dedicated to helping you achieve personal growth on an emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical level. I use various resources such as mind-body techniques, relaxation strategies, guided imagery, assertiveness scripts, Journals, and in-session texts to help empower you weekly. I can offer you groups, and workshops on meditation, mindfulness, stress management, relationships, and self-esteem building.
